I admire this writer very much. Leonard Pitts manages to see through hypocrisy in a way that I envy. People tend to vacillate between ideas and ideology depending on what they have most recently heard. And their memories are short. Mr. Pitts keeps his readers honest.

Obama Snubs American Muslims

This article is an indictment of Obama and his refusal to work with this small minority of Americans. As much as I love Obama, his attitude is shameful. And like the issue of race, Obama needs to step up to the plate and acknowledge American Muslims.
